After the recent success of his mixtape, Pizza (brought to you by DjBooth, Earmilk, PNCradio, and GMAD nearly 8 weeks ago) NatNaiel brings us the visuals for the hit song Boom-Shocka. After hearing the tape, I was hoping there would be some crazy visuals to follow … and sure enough they do not disappoint. Got to love the new style/vibe that he is bringing to hip-hop. it’s like drinking a sprite it’s so refreshing … yeah, wow. Make sure to follow him on the right Facebook page to watch him blow up. Before you go getting all excited, thinking you were gonna hear the superstar himself lay down some freaky bars (think Kazaam) … know that this is not that kind of mixtape. Instead, Bron Bron has teamed up with Low Key to bring a compilation of the newest songs from the likes of Fabolous, Ryan Leslie, 2 Chainz (sort of), Trae The Truth, Ace Hood, Nitty Scott, MC, Maino and more. The dirty version doesn’t drop til Wednesday, but I couldn’t resist. Also, they really want it stressed that this is the official playoff mixtape – which i’m pretty sure no one cares about. As his second year of college becomes a thing of the past, Huey and his musical endeavors begin to sound less and less sophomoric. Jessica is the vocalist/writer and Pat produces all the music. They have done production for Cuey’s “Can’t Wait” and are based in Brooklyn now.
