Avicii – Next Levels (TheFatRat Remix)

Well my first impression of TheFatRat was a decent remix to an already good song, so not much talent needed. But with a quick comeback to another release, this time to Avicii’s Next Levels, he made me a believer. I’m really feeling his kind of giddy up beat synths, beats and drops … kinda makes you kinda wanna do the Carlton.

Dylan Owen & PJ Simas – Growin

Impressed with this new track from Dylan Owen and PJ Simas. We have sponsored projects from both of these artists and this is the type of collab I would expect from the two. A very simple beat, and smooth sample, but shows why these guys are building such a strong underground buzz right now.

Mike Stud – Happy Ending (Official Video)

Mike Stud grows on me each time I give him a listen. We are a couple days late on this video (came out Sunday I believe) but for those that haven’t seen it or heard the song, it brings out a much more serious side to the frat-rap star Mike Stud. He has quickly embodied the FratRap label and is gaining a solid fanbase, but with songs like this he is showing no one label can define him.

Gotye – Somebody That I Used To Know (dBerrie Remix) + (David Dann Remix)

Artist and remix master dBerrie offers a much more inviting sound to the incredibly popular tune from Gotye. Much more upbeat and much more to most people’s liking. I’ve yet to hear a disappointing dBerrie mix. Enjoy..

Here’s a new comer to GMAD by the name of David Dann who’s latest effort remixes the same track. A few beautiful synths later and we have yet another interesting new take on the original. Be on the lookout for more from this talented artist in the future around these parts. Enjoy..

Azad Right – Growing Apart (feat. AHE & Jhene Aiko)

Azad drops off his latest effort featuring a mix of vocals from the songstress Jhene Aiko and a K.Dot sample. Although this song will not live on any set project, an official release from Azad is not far down the road. Be on the look out for upcoming videos from the left coast artist. The above photo is from his recent show with 9th Wonder and Phonte. Enjoy..

DJ Spinatik lets loose a previously unheard MMG cut paying homage to arguably the best baseball player of this generation (A-Rod? Yeah that’s a funny joke). Anywho, there’s mixed reports as to whether this was an Ambition leftover or will live on Self Made Vol. 2. Enjoy..
