Here’s an old song that you should definitely add to your iTunes.
This fresh song is from Wale’s ill tape Back to the Feature, in which many songs featured production by 9th Wonder on most of the songs. I had a terrible flight home and had a bit of time to shuffle through my favorite songs and this popped up. This song on the other hand featured production from BKS, who sampled Yael Naïm’s classic song “New Soul.” The tape was released in July 2009 and had many great features, like J. Cole, Big Sean, K’naan, Mike Posner, Talib Kweli, Curren$y, among others. Wale was cool enough to give shout outs to his fellow XXL Freshmen and made some dope verses on the song.
